Special Use Building

The owner needed space for machinery storage and a maintenance shop. M.Z. Construction built this Hixwood-designed building, which has a 480 x 40 heated shop on one end. The 2’ Palram polycarbonate eave light along the back of the building allows plenty of daylighting.
